Shipping policy

USPS Shipping

Orders over $100 ship free priority WITHIN THE US. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has completed as long as they leave a good email address.  We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

USPS International Shipping:

Rates after purchase may vary due to package size and weight. You will be contacted via email or txt with the shipping rate difference amount and will be sent an invoice for remainder of shipping costs. 

For INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 

Cheye+Mac is not aware of what your countries Tariff/Customs Charges are. This is something you should know if you are buying internationally. We are not responsible for the extra Customs Charges your country charges you to get goods sent to you in your country. We are a USA Based company that pays USPS shipping charges to ship outside of the USA. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Cheye+Mac is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any packages sent back to us due to WRONG ADDRESS etc. Please double check your address before submitting orders to avoid a reshipment fee.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. Most all packages are covered by insurance and we will help assist you in filing a claim/reimbursement if need be. Documentation/proof will need to be submitted. 
Refund policy

When purchasing & completing an order with Cheye+Mac -  By Clicking "I Agree To Terms & Conditions" at checkout. Buyer agrees, they accept, understand, & have read and are in agreeance to the policy listed below.

Once an item(s) are "purchased", pre orders included, no refunds will be issued , only store credit, even if the item(s) have not shipped.

ALL RETURNS ARE AT CUSTOMERS EXPENSE. We do not provide return labels. 

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit or exchange for size. 


To be eligible, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return for store credit or size exchange, please contact us at cheyeandmac@gmail.com. Once we receive your request via email, we will further assist you with instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned even for store credit, such as handmade custom items.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please email cheyeandmac.com for any addition help or questions.

Store Credits
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, we will issue a store credit via email or txt message.
